Dr Ayub completed Postdoctoral Fellowship from School of Psychology, University of Queensland, Australia, and earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology from the University of Karachi, Pakistan. She is HEC approved PhD Supervisor and supervising number of MPhil & PhD thesis at IoBM. She has published more than 20 journal articles, presented research papers at Harvard University in 2012 & 2013 and around the world, served on the editorial boards of International Journal of Psychological Studies, Journal of Pakistan Psychological Association, Universal Research Journal, and Pakistan Business Review.
